We are living in a time where academic advising and mental skills training are major focus points for students, coaches, parents, and even businesses. There is a ton of information that can be accessed through the web as well as social media which can be extremely overwhelming. How do we eliminate this? We have created a handbook that can be used for all 4 high school years as well as speaking packages to hear it all in one spot.
Our speaking events are designed to help your athlete or company be the best they can be and strive for peak performance each time. Most importantly, this is a team effort. We are just delivering the message but it's about you as a person or team to develop it.

The Challenge:
Much practice structure is geared towards fundamentals instead of applying the 50/50 model to help athletes spend 50% of time on fundamentals and 50% of time spent on just playing to trust skills (Poor practice planning).
