Programs Overview
We offer 2 different packages tailored for each athlete.
Academic Advising Sessions
Are you that athlete stressed and struggling with understanding what the recruiting process is? Need some guidance on what career path to choose or possibly best school FIT for you? Sign up for an Academic Advising Session and we will work though some techniques and strategies to help. We will review helpful information that will make each process less stressful.
Mental Skills Coaching
First off, we do not do therapy here. We help educate athletes on mental skills to help them take their practice game to competition more consistently. Are you an athlete that focuses too much on the outcome and having trouble focusing on the PROCESS? How about confidence, trust breakdowns, craving social approval, or suffering from the YIPS? Perfectionism? All of these can affect performance. During these sessions, we will work through how to eliminate distractions and perform the best you can.

*We strongly encourage athletes to purchase the additional Student Athlete Handbook.
*All Academic Advising sessions are purchased on a yearly basis. We encourage athletes to spread out sessions throughout the year when purchasing the Silver or Gold package.

Academic Advising Sessions
The Challenge:
Many students are stressed and confused about information and where to start with the recruiting process.
The prices for showcases, camps, travel ball can be extremely outrageous and many athletes may be attending the wrong events. (Showcase Player vs Gamer).
Many students are lost with what they should look for in finding the best FIT in a program/school.
Applying to college can be confusing for a lot of students regarding what is expected.
Many students struggle with deciding on a career leading to further waste of money if switching majors or attending the wrong school.
Our Solution:
Athletes are provided information and guidance on the entire process. While we cannot guarantee any scholarship or offer, we provide a plan that can only help make it easier on the athlete.
We always gear towards helping athletes find the best FIT for them using our 4 Zone Approach.
We help athletes narrow down their career path and advise them on how the admissions process works. Our handbook is designed as a tool that can be purchased but also used throughout ALL 4 years of HS.
Mental Skills Training
The Challenge:
35% of elite athletes struggle with mental skills.
Mental ability contributed over 50% in athletes’ success when competing against opponents (Weinberg and Gould, 2003).
Many athletes place a significant amount of emphasis on high expectations and the outcome which leads to poor performance in the present mode.
Too many athletes struggle with balance separating athletic performance with who they are as a person.
Our Solution:
Athletes are assessed through documents and live coaching sessions to help them be the best they can be and reach peak performance.
Each athlete is provided a weekly Workbook chapter to help with self-reflection and sharpening their mental skills.
A Mental Game Plan is provided for athletes that be used throughout their season or career.
We help athletes with: focusing on the process, trust breakdowns, improving confidence, creating balance, improving focus, avoiding social approval, and most importantly being aware of the present.
What’s included?
Athletes will meet via Zoom for a 45-50 minute session
Athletes will be provided a Mental Skills Workbook chapter following each session
Athletes will be provided a feedback summary for each session along with helpful documents
Athletes will be provided a Mental Game Plan to review (we strongly encourage booking a higher session package to follow up and track progress)
